St. Croix Haven Campground



Rules & Regulations

Registration:

  • All campers must register, at which time a specific campsite will be assisgned, car pass issued and fee paid.
  • Friends and visitor must also register and pay a fee upon arrival
  • You must be at least 21 years old to rent a campsite.
  • Small scooters must be registered.  For use only by a person with a handicapped parking permit.  Excessive use not permitted.
  • All cars must be registered and display a car pass.

Safety:

  • 10 MPH speed limit throughout the campground
  • Parents are resposible for activity and safety of children
  • Bike riding only on gravel surfaces
  • NO BIKE RIDING AFTER DARK OR THROUGH CAMPSITES.
  • Fireworks strictly prohibited.
  • No carrying firearms or knives by minors in the campground.

Restrictions:

  • No car washing in the campground.
  • No ATV's or Motorbikes in the campground without approval.
  • Do not damage trees, shrubs or bushes in any way.
  • No loud music at any time.  No music after 11 p.m.
  • At dark all children must be back at their own campsite or with a parent, not out roaming the campground.
  • No Golf Carts

Pets:

  • Pets are welcome, but they must be registered and fee paid.
  • No pets in any building or playground area.
  • Pets must always be kept on a leash (6 ft or less).
  • Pick up after your pets, put droppings in a plastic bag and then in the trash can.
  • Do not leave pets unattended at your campsite.
  • Leave excessively barking dogs at home.

Swimming Pool:

  • NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY.
  • Diving, Running, Pushing, "Horse Play", or Fowl Language will not be tolerated and will result in being banned from use of the pool for the remainder of their stay.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No food or glass in the pool area.
  • No cut-offs or t-shirts in the pool.
  • No balls or large inflatable rafts or tubes in the pool.

General:

  • Quiet time is from 11 p.m. - 8 a.m. Quiet means surrounding sites can not hear you.
  • Please respect our campground and your fellow campers.  Any disrespectful camper will be asked to leave without a refund.
  • Please put picnic tables and firepits back in the original spot when you leave.
  • Please do not cut through occupied campsites.
  • Respect your neighbors so everyone can have a happy camping experience.

ATV's:

  • No riding within the campground, or back and forth to the bathrooms or store(not even to buy wood).
  • Safety is our #1 concern.  Drive slower than you would in your vehicle to avoid accidents, keep dust down and grounds safer and as a courtesy to the campers.  5 MH
  • Within the campground, drive only on the roads.
  • Drive directly to and from the trails - do not drive through any paths or make any new paths.
  • Do not drive your ATV or Motorbike out of the park before 8 a.m. or after dark.
  • Speed limit is 10 MH outside of the campground.
  • If your ATV or Motorbike is excessively loud please push it in and out of the campground.
  • Unlicensed Motorized bikes are not allowed.
  • Clean off muddy boots and clothes before going into the bathrooms.  Do not put muddy clothes or shoes in the dryer.

It is a privilege to be able to have motorized vehicles in our campground.  Do not abuse it or you will be asked to leave with no refunds and no warning.

Waste Disposal:

  • Put all trash in the dumpsters by the garage. ( Do not leave at your campsite).
  • Garbage and grease must be wrapped and put in trash bages.
  • Please leave your campsite litter free.

Management is not responsible for injury and loss of property.  Every person assumes the responsibility for themselves, their family and guests to abide by all campground regulations.
